With many mixed emotions and understandable broken hearts, Unity Mortuary joins with the family of Mr. Jamario S. Wilkerson as they prepare to say “Until We Meet Again.” Mr. Wilkerson transitioned from this life on early on Tuesday morning, May 25, 2021. God called Mario to his eternal resting home. He departed this life at 64th Boulevard and 65th Street in Valley, AL. He was born to Mr. Tommy Jean Wilkerson and the late Mrs. Elaine Wilkerson.
Mario was a member of Rehoboth Missionary Baptist Church in Valley, AL. where he accepted Christ at an early age.
He was a graduate of the class of 2010 Valley High School in Valley, AL.
He was preceded in death by his mother, grandmothers: Mrs. Bessie Wilkerson, Mrs. Eloise Jiles Reed, Two Grandfathers: Tommy Wilkerson, Willie B. Jiles, three uncles: Walter Wilkerson, Christopher Wilkerson, and Theodore Traylor Jr. Lanett, AL; his late loving caring friend aka “Squiggy.”
He leaves to cherish his loving memory: A devoted father, Mr. Tommie Jean Wilkerson, Valley, Alabama, five brothers: JaTommy (Nicole) Wilkerson, Valley, Alabama; Tony Wilkerson, St. Paul, Minnesota; Roderick McGhee, Opelika, Alabama; Boderick McGhee, McAllen, Texas; Conrado (Tammy) McGhee, Valley, Alabama; five aunts: Barbara Jiles Traylor, Lanett, Alabama; Mary Nell Jiles, (Aunt May-May), Valley, Alabama, Mary Walton, Atlanta, Georgia; Margaret (Alan) Isher, Lanett, Alabama and Effie Wilkerson; Riverdale, Georgia; three uncles: David (Rena), Johnny Wilkerson and Lamar Walker, all of Valley, Alabama; two nephews, and a host of special loving cousins, and many, many other loving close friends
