With deep sympathy, the staff of Unity Mortuary announces the passing of Mr. Amos Williams, 80 of Auburn, Alabama formerly of Lanett. He passed away on Monday, July 20, 2020 at his residence surrounded by his loving family. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Dorothy Williams; Daughter Sylvia Cooks, Atlanta,GA, sons Jerome (Lela) Williams of Los Angels, CA, Amos Lee Williams, Jr. and Tony Williams of Atlanta, GA. Siblings Jean Montgomery, Atlanta, GA, Mary I (Rev. J D ) Darden, Lanett, AL, Avis Williams, Columbus, OH, Robert (Mildred) Williams , Griffin, GA, Phillip (Geraldine) Williams, Herbert (Mable) Williams, Atlanta, GA, Harvey (Donna) Williams, Hogansville, GA and Rufus Williams, LaGrange, GA also his grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and other family and friends.
